"Brother Boyan learns Patience": [1]
Memoir from Boris Nikolov [2]
Brother Boyan goes to the Master on account of some work. Important and urgent work. At this time, a sister comes and starts telling some exciting episode to the Master. She talks to him for a long time and brother Boyan waits. However, he [the Master] patiently listens to it. Just as this sister finishes and leaves, another sister comes and starts telling the same episode to the Master. She talks about two hours. The Master listens to it patiently. She finishes her story and leaves. The Master does not tell her, that he has just heard the same episode. The sister goes out, a third sister comes. And she also tells the Master the same episode for a long time. The Master does not say anything and listens to her patiently. Brother Boyan stands by waiting and marvels at the patience and delicacy of the Master.
Do not restrict the Divine within you, and do not humiliate It. It gives value to man. When you know this, you should be careful towards every soul, with every man, for the sake of the Divine in him. Respect the soul for the price which God has determined for her. Do not humiliate your soul, nor the soul of anybody else. If you do this, you will unavoidably be stricken by misfortunes, because you tear the connection between all beings and destine yourselves to be a wandering star, which must become extinguished.
